I took the car to this service based on a damage file, with an approved estimate of approximately 16,000 lei, which clearly included replacing the rear bumper with a new part and complete painting.In reality, the bumper was NOT replaced. It was grouted and repaired, and after a very short time the paint started to peel off, revealing the intervention underneath.At no point was I told that a new bumper would not be installed or that the old one would be repaired. I only found out after I lifted the car and the problems appeared.For a job worth 16,000 lei, the result is a waste of money and totally inconsistent with the approved estimate. The difference between what was paid and what was actually done is obvious.I do not recommend it under any circumstances.UPDATE: 14.05.2026After the complaint was made, the service acknowledged the problem, apologized and redone the work by replacing and repainting the bar according to the estimate.The initial problem remained a serious one, because the bar had not been replaced from the beginning, but had been puttied and painted without me being informed, although the estimate included a new part.I appreciate the fact that they finally fixed the situation, but the whole process meant lost time, additional trips and approximately 3 more weeks until the complete solution.For the way the situation was initially managed, I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
